MY NAME IS LAUREN AND I AM A
LICENSED MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELOR
IN SEATTLE, WASHINGTON.

I have a comprehensive background working in a community-based family mental health clinic with adolescents and families struggling with a wide variety of concerns, including LGBT+ issues. Additionally, I have provided counseling services to college students through Counseling and Psychological Services at the University of Montana. I currently have a private practice in downtown Seattle working with adults and couples.

As a former member of the women’s basketball team at the University of Montana, I have vast knowledge of athletic systems, teamwork, achieving goals, communication, and the various pressures and relationships that come with playing sports at your highest level.
